It may come as a surprise to some – I love “Negative” Emotions, because in spite of popular belief they are good. There is absolutely no need to fear them. Choose to be grateful for them instead.
See negative emotions are just guidance. Your emotions overall are guidance telling you which direction you are heading. It’s as if your emotions are fortune tellers -telling you if what you are doing or thinking is leading you to where you want to be.
So follow your bliss. If along the way you start to feel any sort of emotion you would call bad ask yourself “what am I doing or thinking right now that is causing the bad feeling?” Then switch to a better feeling new action or thought. It doesn’t mean you can’t come back to that action or thought – it just means the timing isn’t right for it now.
In some cases the time will come – in others it will never come. For example: Thinking self defeating thoughts. Like: I’m not worthy of love or I don’t deserve to be happy. The time will never come when thoughts like that are going to lead you in the right direction.
Listen to your emotions and be grateful to have such clear and accurate guidance. And know that your emotions and just the beginning to the guidance you can receive. The Universe is willing to communicate directly with you many ways. You just need to be open to the possibilities.
