This is going to be a short, simple and straight forward post. I should really be sleeping right now but I had to let my readers in on a secret.
If you follow my blog you know I talk a lot about how the questions you ask yourself create the life your living. And if you want to change it starts with your internal questions.
An example I’ve given in the past and still think is the easiest to understand is : if you are overweight and you notice the thought in your head is “why am I so fat” start asking yourself the opposite like “why am I finally losing weight?”
Or whatever feels right. But what if you’ve been working on creating the life you want for a while and are not getting the results you want?
Stop everything then and start asking yourself just ONE questions. Stop trying to be this magnificent creator and focus all your extra energy on ONE question.
The question that WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE IS: “WHAT IS IT GOING TO FEEL LIKE?
or stated a bit differently
“HOW WOULD I FEEL IF/WHEN?
Find your own words but forget all the special tricks or tips you learned and focus on feeling the feelings you will feel when you accomplish a, b or c. Forget about the timing of things and focus on the one question that matters. Forget about the how. Knowing WHY you want what you want does always help. But even forget about that for now and just focus on the question, the feeling.
HOW WOULD I FEEL RIGHT NOW IF …….. WAS ALREADY TRUE?!?!
